The practice of restorative yoga brings about deep relaxation and balance.
A quiet and safe space is created, the practice is soft, calm and absolutely comfortable.
Through security, we can let go and open up.
The supported positions also bring flexibility and relaxation to the physical body.
The ability of the muscles to relax is increased, and fascia and connective tissue gain elasticity.
The nervous system calms down and breathing deepens and expands.
Restorative yoga brings more vitality to everyone.
For each posture we use pillows and blankets as aids.
The positions are mainly performed while sitting or lying down and held for several minutes.
We regenerate and relax deeply.
Restorative yoga can stimulate the dynamic
and continuous movements of the Ashtanga (Vinyasa) method.
The class currently takes place every Sunday at 6:30 p.m. Please check our booking system (may only work in the German version of the website) to reserve a place. We look forward to seeing you.
